'Project Targets' window does not remember position

It’s a small thing, but something that definitely helps with working with Scrivener: the ‘Project Targets’ window always opens in the middle of the screen, and not where I dragged it last. That’s a bit annoying.

(Using 2.9.0.37 Beta, but same thing happened with 1.9.*.)

As this is about the Beta, it should be posted in the Beta Testing forum where it will get the attention of the devs.
