Currently I cannot do a project-wide search for certain criteria like Annotations, Highlight, etc. This means I cannot use the collective search results of these criteria to view all found Annotations or do Edit Scrivenings on the results.
Would be quite useful (for my style of using annotations and highlights).

You can gather all annotations by exporting them from the File/Export sub-menu. An optional value will output the title of the source document as well, if you want to know where they came from. There isn’t anything like that for hightlights though.

I’m afraid nothing quite like this is planned for 2.0, either. There will be a format finder for searching through the contents of annotations, highlights etc, but you won’t be able to see all documents with annotations and highlights in one list. At this late stage I don’t want to start changing the search code as it would be a big job, but I can consider it in more depth post-2.0.
