Props to David Johnson

I just wanted so say how impressed I am with the Literature and Latte support guy, David Johnson.

I sent an email to support on New Years Eve, and received the auto-response that the company was on break until January 3rd, yet this fellow STILL supplied me with a comprehensive answer the very same day. That is world-class customer service. Kudos to you Mr. David Johnson. This Bud’s for you! (as those of us from St. Louis in the States are prone to saying.)

I’ve been using Scrivener for years (I’m a professional writer with publications through actual publishing companies, none of this vanity press stuff for me :stuck_out_tongue:) and I must confess that in my ginormous toolbox (that’s not a euphemism) of writing tools, Scrivener is one of my constant go-to apps.
