Purchased upgrade today but


I purchased an upgrade and used my PayPal credit card to pay for the discounted upgrade. The charge is already showing on my account. Since I couldn’t find my original license number and I have not received a new one with this purchase, I tried to recover the license number. However, I’m being told that "You have no order history for Literature & Latte. "

How can I have no order history if you’ve already charged my card?

Please let me know as soon as possible how you want this handled. Do I need to cancel the charge and start over?
