Purchasing an additional license for Windows

I bought the Mac version yesterday. I didn’t realize at the time that the license didn’t cover Windows as well. I’d like to get the Windows version but all I see in the store is the full price one.

There’s a link in the FAQ saying to go to the store to get it, but I don’t see anything. Where can I get the additional Windows license that is discounted?
