Question about Option-S Scrivener Mac OS Function

Hey all! I’m about to release my latest novel, and I’m doing a final editing pass to make sure all is in order. However, when I went to save (Command-S on a Mac), I accidentally pressed Option-S instead! Some sort of loading screen popped up, as if Scrivener was going through all my project files. Have I screwed something up? What does this Option-S function even do? I’m so close to releasing my book that I don’t want to make any terrible mistakes inside my Scrivener program!

Option-Cmd-S rebuilds the project’s search indexes. Completely harmless.
