Quotation marks

Hot on the heels of an earlier question about punctuation, I’ve been stumped again.

I’ve been happily adding to my bibliography as I go, in Times New Roman font, with single quotation marks coming out in curly form. From today, despite not having made any changes to the font or formatting that I’m aware of, my single quotations now come out as straight:

I’m totally mystified. Anyone feeling clever?!


Should be “Chulov, M.,” of course :wink:
