For those of you who may be interested in finding their files in a different way, Raskin is being offered at a hefty discount (20 USD instead of 50 USD) today only (17 Aug).
I can’t use it myself, because I’m still on OS 10.5, but it looks quite interesting (if you like the graphical approach to user interfaces).
