[RC 11] $PageCount and $PageGroupTitle do not compile

At the Dropbox link is a dummy project I tested on Mac and Windows.

It works on Mac and fails on Windows.

Have in mind that these placeholders are case sensitive in RC12. We have adjusted the case sensitivity on these placeholders in RC13. For the actual proper case-sensitive way of using it, check the PDF in Help > Placeholders.
