Re: Importing Web Pages[ADDITIONAL INFO]

Maybe i am just being a little slow since i am sick but i was trying to import a web page into my research folder, i had it open and i had clicked File >Import> Web Page the little window came up so i pasted in the address i was wanting to be in my research folder, then put a title for the page (same one as the page it’s self) it was a news paper article and i didn’t particularly care if i had the numerous pictures that didn’t really seem to go with the article, any who when i clicked on ok nothing happened. the box didn’t go anywhere it didn’t even react as if i had clicked it, so i clicked it again, and again but still nothing.

oh i should probably mention i have windows 7 home premium running on my laptop.

Hi jesse1995, there is a known bug with not import web page images. However, in beta the web page text should work. Can you advise which beta version you are running.

ok i wasnt positive before which one i had been using so i went on my mom’s laptop n downloaded scrivener to see if i had been using 1.0 which i had been. i know this because it didnt work. i just went thru n tried to do it again on mine which is 1.3 and was able to import the web page normally. i hope this helps. although u seem to have already fixed this without trying.
