Hi,
I purchased a Scrivener 3 licence years ago and used it without a problem until recently. I changed my motherboard and some other parts in my PC and I might have forgotten to deactivate the licence beforehand. Now every few days I open the program to type and it forces a pop-up saying the trial has expired. I have to restart to re-renter the licence which is accepted every time.
What can I do to make the licence stick again? Thanks.
Write to L&L. They can’t deal with licencing matters on the Forum, for reasons of your privacy. They will check whether you have exceeded your licencing quota, which is generally extended to those in your household. If need be, I’m certain they can unlink your old machine from your licence and any other multiple registrations which may have repeated.
