Received Receipt and Serial Number for Mac when my order was supposed to be for Windows PC

My trial version was expiring and I ordered software for Scrivener. The receipt and serial number was for a MAC order. I tried the serial number anyway and as suspected it did not work. I have written for a changed PC windows serial number but haven’t heard anything other than there would be delays getting back to me. As you know there is no phone number and my work is stuck in the expired trial version. I do not want to place a new order until I am certain I will have a refund but I monstly just want a new serial number that works

I do not personally authorize refunds, but I don’t see a reason why you wouldn’t receive one.
