Redactable subplot.

I’ve got this subplot I may or may not keep. I’ve carefully isolated key pieces of dialogs while writing so I can remove them if the subplot doesn’t pan out. Is there a way I can somehow create a box around them so I can search for the boxes and kill them, or search and update as the subplot develops or changes. Right now I’ve just put a long string of underlines before and after the redactable dialog.

Perhaps I can just put some crazy string near them like ^#fgh#$%$j%#$^j#$^j#$ so I can search for that.

You could either highlight them or make them annotations. Either can be searched for via Edit > Find > Find Annotation/Find Highlight (although they will export/print a little different) until changed back to normal text.
Best,
