Reducing size of a whole loada text

I’ve just copied an online article into a file for later consultation, but it’s kind of huge. The body text is 20pt, the headings 21pt, and the headline 30pt.

Is there any way to reduce the whole lot proportionally, rather than setting all of them to, say, 12pt?

CMD A to select all the text
CMD + makes the text bigger (12 to 13, 24 to 25, etc)
CMD - makes the text smaller (13 to 12, 25 to 24, etc)

Excellent! I was trying all kinds of things - cmd [, cmd <, etc, and it just wasn’t working!
