I ordered Scrivener on Febuary 11th, 2012. I bought a full license. Today i had to reformat my computer. iIdownloaded the program again and tried to open it. I received a message that the program could not open because of an issue with side by side configuration. i deleted the program and reinstalled by using the free trail. The same issue occurred. how can i fix this issue?
Are you using the beta instead of the full version? If you run the “Microsoft C++ 2008 runtime re-distributable” then this should disappear.
