Registration key doesn't work

In the past I have installed Scrivener on new Macs without issue.

This time, it does not accept my registration details. I have emailed sales 3 times without response.

Does anyone have suggestions?

David did reply to your original email, so I’d try checking your spam folder as it may have ended up there. I’m pasting the relevant bit below:

Please download and install Scrivener 2.3.1 directly from this webpage Do not worry about overwriting your current installation, but ensure Scrivener is closed before you begin. You should then be able to activate the installation with your personal registration details.
