'Replace with Title' button / 'Update Links..' menu

I have come across this in the manual (p168, March 2013):

Links
You may search for URL or internal Scrivener Links using this tool. By default all links
will be returned, but if you wish to narrow the search down to a particular link type, use
the “Link Type” menu to make this choice.
While a link is selected, which will be automatically done for you when using the Next
and Previous buttons, the Replace with Title button can be used to replace the visible text
of the link with the Binder title of the item it points to. This can be useful for updating
cross-references in your draft, if you know the underlying name of the item has changed.
This can also be accomplished with the Edit > Update Links to Use Target Titles menu
command, which can be used to spot-fix links you come across manually, or to fix bulk
portions of text in a single shot.

I can see the search for links tool but are the ‘Replace with Title’ button and ‘Update Links…’ menu actually in the Windows version? Where are they?
