Is it possible to have a size of my choice for the corkboard and the binder? I’ve tried but only small changes are possible… but I’m new to the program and I do not know how to set them.

If you mean the size of their windows, then yes. If you place your mouse at the right edge of Binder or the right edge of the Corkboard you can resize their windows, within the space of the whole Scrivener window. If you click on the Corkboard options button on the bottom right of the Corkboard window you can set options such as the card size and spacing.

mouse…it doesn’t work as you said, or…it works for a half centimeter, not more. I’d like more. I have catalina. It’ s possible to make the binder or the corkboard bigger, it works, but smaller it has a limit. I’d like smaller of the smallest limit.

corkboard editor: NOT the option I’m looking for. I can set the size of the notes, Spacing… but NOT the area /width of the corkbook section.
please, see screenshot: I’d like to have the violet area (corkboard) as small as the notes inside. Possible? So when I open the page’s note everything is clear on the same window…the page where to write and the whole organization.

If you look along the bottom of the corkboard there is a strip of buttons, in the footer bar. You cannot make the view narrower than these buttons.

This doesn’t work while the interface language configuration which is in “Preference -> General -> Language” is set to Japanese.
However, I just found a workaround for the issue. I changed it to “Translation” (it is shown as English after the change) and restarted Scrivener, then it started to work.
This bug is abandoned for over half a year from when some Japanese user reported it to you just after releasing the current version. Now, Scrivener reputation in Japanese users are really low because of no update from you long time.
Please try to use it in Japanese setting and feel how it is stressful if you cannot change the window size.
