Resizing Scrivener Window freezes window size

Hi. I have been having a repeated problem. I open up Scrivener on Windows 10, then resize the window. Often I also hit ctrl-shft-b to take the binder out of the view b/c I’ve been working in corkboard mode lately. Once I’ve done this, sometimes I can no longer adjust the window size if I want to (i.e., by dragging on the outside of the window). Also, sometimes the program itself freezes . I can try to maximize the window by hitting the little scquare in the upper right corner. This works, but when I try to make it smaller again, it chooses some strange arbitrary size and won’t let me alter it. Usually I have to exit and restart, sometimes multiple times, to get into a state where I can get any work done. Help?
