Revisiting Column Flow in Full-Screen

First let it be known that i LOVE scrivener. it is beautiful and perfect in every other way. thank you, thank you for such a fantastic product.

I know this has been touched on before, but I can’t tell you how strongly I support others’ request for multi-column (up to 3, at least) view in full-screen. I literally have to keep pasting my text into Tofu just to see larger portions of my story at a glance. Being able to edit this way would be a life-saver to me. My biggest problem in writing is not being able to keep my mind on the overall flow, because I can’t see it. It’s like trying to paint a picture, but only being able to see little bits of it at a time! Maybe not a problem for some people, but for those with ADHD, it can make the difference between finishing a writing project or giving up in despair. PLEASE… PLEASE… PLEEEEEEEEEASE… (yes, that’s me begging shamelessly)

Thanks for the kind words. Sorry, there are no plans for this in 2.0, although I don’t rule it out from a future, post-2.0, release.

You might want to check out the Diamond software, which provides exactly that: Editing in multi-column view.
