My right scrollbar has disappeared in the editor mode in Windows 3. I have it in Page Views but not when I come out of page views. My old scenes are fine, but the new scene isn’t and trying to create a new scene copies the one without a scrollbar. I tried everything I could find to fix it but it’s not working. I can switch to page view to see it but I’d like my old format back.

If there is no text, or less than an editor’s display range, no scrollbar is normal.
Else, restart Scrivener? Reboot?
Test out what Vincent is saying by picking a document with enough text to exceed the editor windows size, or expand the Inspector or Binder to shrink the editor window and the scrollbar should appear. Here is example of what Vincent is saying.
Here’s why you’re seeing it in Page View mode: You have “Scrollbars next to text when using fixed width” ticked. It would apply whether there is text exceeding the bottom of the Editor or not.
This is it! Thank you! My duh moment. This is the shortest scene I’ve written and it did not fill the whole screen which never occurred to me. On the positive side, I learned a lot more about the editing options. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question.
