When my writing partner sends me a scriv file she created with Save As, the files in the binder are out of order from how she had them arranged. Anyway to stop this from happening? It makes for extra work and confusion?

That should be impossible! Are you referring to the actual binder itself, or a collection (or maybe even search results) in the sidebar? Collections can have their order changed at will, so if one of you using one collection and the other is using the binder, I suppose that could cause some confusion—though the display of a collection is a part of a project’s settings, so if one of you opens a collection and uses Save As then the other would see that same collection when loading the project later.
