"Save workspace" option?

Does something like this exist in Windows Scrivener? it would be very useful in order to avoid having to do things like re-open and re-position the keywords panel, having to close the binder and reset the corkboard as the contents of the left editor panel, etc.

Yes. Look at the View->Layout menu. At the bottom there is a way to manage your layouts visually, and a way to see the available ones.

You can also add the “Manage Layouts” button to the “Main Toolbar” under Tools->Customize Toolbars.
