I wish you had a way to save search/replace settings, sort of like BB Edit does. There are several common things I search and replace because I dictate rather than type quite frequently. Saved search/replace settings would be nice when I go back to correct my dictated text. For example, my wife’s name is Vicki, but the MacOS insists that her name be spelled Vicky and I can’t convince it otherwise. A saved search would streamline this cleanup.

True, but that won’t save the replacement. As I understand @joeswann’s post, he wanted to save a find/replace pair. I can’t think of a way to do that in Scrivener, though it can probably be done with some keyboard scripting app or other.
