Saving files to word

Hi Keith

I’m using 1.10 on Tiger on a PowerPC mac mini. Not sure if this is bug but since upgrading, I’ve noticed when I export a single file and want to save it as an existing file name (eg working on chap 1 and want to export it each time I edit as chap1 in the same folder), even though Scrivener asks me if I want to replace the file and warns me it will replace the existing file, when I click replace, it actually saves the file as a version. So I’m getting Chap1, Chap1-1, Chap1-2 etc even though I want to save over chap1.

Any ideas?
