Any plans to make Scapple available on iOS? I know Scrivener for iOS was a long time coming; hopefully Scapple won’t take as long.

There are no plans at the moment. I’d love to do it, but my hands are currently full with the macOS and iOS versions, and Scapple for macOS is long overdue an update. If I could clone myself, or if I can find another developer, though, yes!
