Sorry if this is already answered. I couldn’t find it on a search.
It is possible to adjust the screen height when in the Full Screen mode? On the Mac version, you just click option with the screen width tool; that doesn’t seem to work in Windows version. Any plans to put this in as an option eventually if you can’t do it yet?

I’m not sure what the plans are on this one, which is why I did not respond earlier. The challenge will probably be getting another slider in there somehow, as the trick of holding down some modifier key to cause secondary or advanced interface to appear is more of a Mac convention. Might be possible to stack them vertically, with only one label stating “Paper Size” and leave which is which to the iconic representations, which are pretty self-explanatory.
