Actually, the current 2.6 version is internally 2.60.5 - I’m not sure why that internal version number is being shown on MacUpdate, though!
Given that only a day or so earlier, the same discount was being offered for version 2.5 …
But I suspected that it might be as you say, since I would have picked up if there had been a minor update to merit an X.X.5 version.
Also amused by someone on the Vivaldi forum already signalling problems with Vivaldi and the 10.11 beta within a day or so of the WWDC! And Vivaldi is not even a beta version yet anyway! Ah well, some people just can’t wait.
