Scrivener 3 not found in Windows start menu, scrivener 1 only

Hi,
I just upgraded to Scrivener 3 and it works fine when I launch from the desktop shortcut, but it does not appear in the Windows 10 start menu. Scrivener 1 launches when I open from the start menu.

I read here that the newest version is supposed to be displayed only:

The newest version of Scrivener 1 is 1.9.16. The newest version of Scrivener 3 is 3.0. They’re separate, unrelated apps so far as Windows is concerned.

When Scrivener 3 is running, click on start, find it in “recently added”, and right-click to get this:
