Scrivener 3: Where is the "ignore formatting in compile" button?

So I’ve been using Scrivener 3 for Windows for a bit now and there is one thing I can’t find and it is making me crazy. In Scrivener 2, there was a checkbox for each text file that was “compile as-is” (or something similar) where you could set a certain font or formatting for that text document and then when you compiled it, it wouldn’t change it to the default fonts you have through out the rest of the file.

This button no longer exists and we’re supposed to use a Section Layout (I’m guessing N/A?) for this, but it’s not working on my title page which is in my “front matter” folder. So, I’m trying to keep my Title page formatted correctly and even though the formatting in the “Front matter > First page header” text document looks how I want it, when I compile, it keeps defaulting to some other font and alignment (I want 48 centered, it’s giving me 24 Left-aligned).

Is there a place to set the format of the title page besides than in the text document itself?

Yes when choose the compile option in the middle panel click assign layout and as- in option is at bottom and will keep formatting intact
