Scrivener accepts then rejects my serial number

Hello there,

When I put my name and serial number into Scrivener, it tells me that my name and serial number are validated, then immediately tells me that the same name and serial number are invalid. Is this because of the online activation process? What can I do to fix this?

I’m having the same problem.

Email sales@literatureandlatte.com and hopefully they will be able to solve your problem for you. However, it may take a while as staff are not back officially from Christmas break until January 3rd so please be patient.

Just a thought, have you tried restarting Scrivener and trying again. Also, an internet connection is required for successful activation.

Thank you Stacey. I do have a cable internet connection and I’ve even uninstalled the program and reinstalled it but it still didn’t work. I have emailed the company so I will wait to hear from them.
