I see there is a Scrivener App for my IPad for $23.99. I use Scrivener on my PC. Is it possible to download the app and, either pay or not pay, preferably not, but have my Scrivener project show up on the IPad to work on? Would I need to access it from my dropbox?
Scrivener on a PC accesses files on the hard drive only, but you can sync between iOS and Windows (or Mac) using Dropbox. Dropbox copies from iOS to the cloud, then down to the hard drive, where Scrivener later finds them (later meaning milliseconds or whenever you get around to it).

No, Scrivener for iOS is not free. It is a separate purchase from your Scrivener desktop app. Happily they are both very reasonably priced.
