My Scrivener crashed after I was dragging and dropping pictures and web pages into my character cards.
I can’t open the software at all. I tried to email the crash log but my email says it is too large to send.
I am new to the mac world. I just got my first Mac a month ago. Could someone help me out?

How big is the project? If it’s not too big, could you please zip it up (you can ctrl-click on it in the Finder and select “Compress ‘Filename’” to zip it up) and send it to support AT literatureandlatte DOT com so that we can take a look?

Thank you Keith, I was able to compress the crash log and I have mailed it to the support email.
