Scrivener crashed!

I just started using Scrivener, and it’s been going great. But then I left it running and went to do something else for a number of hours. When I went back to it, I had also been running Mozilla with several tabs open, my email client, and itunes, though nothing was playing. I was on the corkboard view, and I went to pull the corner of the window up to shrink the window, and the application froze. I could still access the other applications I was running, but I had to force quit scrivener.
After the force quit, the document I was working on came back and I don’t seem to have lost anything.
I just wanted to report this bug.
My document is not excessively big–180 kb.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi,
When you are reporting crashes, it is good if you can provide the crash report along with it, as this wil help Keith (the developer) find the source of the problem. Without that extra information, it could be almost anything, and so is very difficult to help.

Rather than reproduce the instructions, you can find them here in the post that is stickied to the top of the ‘Bug Hunt’ forum (see point 3 in the numbered list, but 4 may be useful also): https://forum.literatureandlatte.com/t/bug-reporting-please-read-before-posting/99/1

When you find the crash report, just reply to this thread and post it here.

Matt

(Incidentally, in future this probably should be posted in the Bug Hunt board rather than Technical Support.)
