I have scrivener program which I legally purchased. I have already used it almost for tyhree years and today it gives me the following message:
Scrivener does not have a valid activation. Scrivener’s activation is no longer valid. This may because the order has been returned, because the license has been blacklisted, or because it was deactivated remotely. You can also try to activate scrivener again using the Help > “Buy Now . . .”
Scrivener will now revert to trial mode.
There are a lot of threads about this here in the forum. You may check them if you want to know more about the issue.
To solve your problem: update Scrivener to the latest officiall version which is 1.9.16. You will still need your licence to activate it. If that doesn’t fix it contact the support.
I suppose the license is over. I also had the same problem. You have to write to support to solve the case. what I forgot to ask is the paid license for how many computers I can install
