I just purchased the Scrivener software. It does not seem to want to download onto my macOS. I have MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2.
When I try to download, it pops up a tab on my browser that is blank. I tried downloading it from FoxFire/Duck Duck Go and Chrome/Duck Duck Go with the same results.
Could you please give me some guidance on installation?

Best to download from the Literature & Latte website, not a search engine site (Duck Duck Go).
once you find the fils on L&L’s web site for download, and still not working, is there any software on your machine that may interfere with download, e.g. anti-virus, network sniffing, etc.
Perhaps try Apple Safari browser. that should be on your mac.
Your version of Sequoia appears out of date. I think 15.7.2 is current version of Sequoia.

That link should have been in your receipt email.
If that doesn’t work, as noted, check for various kinds of blockages on your machine.
Also, check your Downloads folder on the Mac. Opening an empty tab is not an impossible result for a website that offers a direct link to a particular file, but then also stipulates that everything you click on should clutter your world with tabs. You might well have five or six copies of Scrivener.dmg at this point.
