I fully agree and would be interested to know the name of the book @Monokakata wrote and the other he is referring to, both enabled by Scrivener.

The big book is: “We Keep the Dead Close,” by Becky Cooper (Grand Central, 2020)
My book is “Shibai: Remembering Jane Britton’s Murder,” by Don Mitchell (Saddle Road Press, 2020).
Both books take up the 1969 murder (solved in 2018) in which I was involved. I am a major figure in Becky’s book, as she is in mine.
Talking about your books is not only fine, but encouraged, especially in the context of “here’s a cool thing I did with Scrivener.”
If you’re only talking about your books, it might be better to post in the And Now for That Latte section, rather than one of the support areas, but still basically fine.
