Scrivener lost my licence.

When I opened it this morning, it said my licence had been revoke probably due to a return (not the exact words) and it reverted to the trial phase.

I just reentered my activation code, but thought I’d mention it here.

I’ve had Scrivener for several years.

Will do. Though it fixed itself.

This keeps happening to me so often it’s becoming unusable. It really ticks me off. To use it, I have to keep the licence handy. I posted this problem a year ago and its still happening.

Have you contacted Scrivener official support via the Contact form on the L&L website to work through this? They cannot talk about licensing issues here on the forums.
