Scrivener to Storyist roundtrip question

I’m going on the road and would like to use my iPad to continue the novel I’ve started in Scrivener.
I use file folders and text files for Parts, Chapters and scenes. I use the index carts for synopses.
I have my characters in a file folder using templates for the characters. I have a research folder with lots of internet links and also have a folder for random notes (text files) that I then drag into scene subfolders.
I am also using text and paragraph formatting for times when characters talk directly to the reader.

After I export a copy of my scrivener project to Storyist and then use their IOS app to add my notes to the project and work on the book, what will I lose (if anything) once I get back to my macbook and open up the storyist project back into Scrivener?

Naturally I’ve backed up my latest version of the project in Scrivener but I’m looking for some surety before I get to far going back and forth.

Thanks. Looking forward to Scrivener IOS so I won’t have to post items such as this one.

I can’t give a good answer, but I do use Storyist on my iPad and Scrivener on my desktop.

Unfortunately I mostly keep projects separate. I have tried a bunch of different methods but I’ve gotten to the point now where I have a project that I have mostly done on Storyist and have now imported into Scrivener. If I work on it on the iPad I copy/paste and send it to myself to paste in to Scrivener.

I know it sucks but the formats don’t seem to match up so that seems to be easiest.

Thanks, Prophet
Which formats don’t seem to match up? The file structure seems OK and my index cards seem to have carried over from Scrivener. The text formatting and styles don’t map, true and I suspect the meta-tags have been lost. but in this initial draft I’m more interested in being able to add content in context rather than make a note or even with simple note on the iPad and then transfer or mail it to me and cut and paste.

I just don’t want to lose structure. Chances are, once the draft is complete and the research folders and other notes are in order I’ll work with my editor in Scrivener and output the final product from there.

Any specific gotchas you’ve come across would be appreciated.
Don.
