Scrivener version of User Manual

Elsewhere on this site we are kindly invited to “download our manuals in PDF and Scrivener formats”. But where is Scrivener’s user manual in the Scrivener format? I see only the PDF version.

Argh! Yes. I’m having to balance time between an onslaught of support and getting this ready for download. It has been a fair amount of time though and I probably should just push through and get it ready.

The main thing is that I wanted to document it’s construction, since it uses a rather broad array of tricks to do the stuff it does. I might just have to bite the bullet and get the basic thing ready, then worry about making it more accessible to anyone outside of my head as time goes by.

Thanks for your answer, Amber. No hurry at all, but the PDF-version of the manual looks great, and I would like to study its Scrivener > MMD > LaTeX genesis, in order to learn from it. And I’m sure it would be a very instructive case for all who, like me, would like to publish complex texts in a similar way.

I’m sorry to hijack this post with a question, BUT I’m super frustrated with this upgrade. I sent several comments off to L and L and am waiting for their response.

I would like to post on this forum but where do I create my own post. I only see Search the Forum boxes.

Please HELP.

Make sure you’re actually looking at one of the topic sections (Tech Support / Feedback / etc) and NOT the New Posts or Active Topics view, or an individual thread like this one.

You should see the New Topic button like so:

Thanks for the quick response, but …
I go to menu line at top of Scrivener screen and under Help I click User Forums.

The screen I get has options across the top of New Post Active Topics Unanswered Post Your Posts
I’m not usually this dense on software, but I don’t see the screen you pointed me too.

I got it. I have to be in a topic for Mac Technical support.

Thanks for your help.
