Scrivener, Wiki, and Reality

Scrivener for Window: finally I can stop saying bad words when I hear people sings its praises. And the amount of hoop-jumping I’ve had to do can finally decrease. However, oddly, Scrivener has introduced a rather bad one, and one I’m not sure I can get over very well.

Very long-story redacted, is there a way to output a section using wiki markup? (i.e., preserving italics, bold, etc)

I know the HTML option will work, and the display isn’t bad, but editing it is…well, laughable. And tearing it apart is problematic as well, as it adds steps into the process that Scrivener was supposed to eliminate. (Importing back to Scrivener is dead-easy, thankfully)
