Scrivener will not launch at all after 'upgrade'

Hello…

I’ve tried all the compatibility options available, selected all the ‘,NET’ permissions, removed my printer, and re-installed the program.

What is stopping the program from loading? I am on Windows10 - 64-bit

Which version of Scrivener you are talking about?

Anyway, try uninstalling it before installing it again.
