Scrivener will not load

Newly purchased in October, Scrivener will not load past 2 messages. 1st one says the dictionaries could not load. 2nd message says “Licence server not the one installed from the application”.
I thought there was an off-line option?

How is your PC date & time configuration set?

Sometimes, licensing systems go crazy if your machine is not “temporally synced” to the rest of the world.

Have you tried an uninstall and install with newly downloaded copy?
