Hello,
is there a way to have the section layouts in scrivener be exported/compiles as format styles in a RTF/DOC/DOCX file?
I have a BIG scrivener file that results in a 170-page word document. To work on the layout in word using the word format styles I would have to select now every text block and every title/header and assign it a word format style.
Having scrivener to generate those word format styles would be a great help since you only have to adjust those.

I don’t know if this would help you, but you can replace styles with Word’s Find & Replace function. In the past, I’ve put codes in my scrivener file (e.g., “[H1]”) and then use the codes to find and replace the paragraph style containing this code with a Heading 1 style. (And then find and replace the codes with null replacements.)
That said, it would nice to be able to map Scrivener styles to Word styles during output.
I found a solution!
If you export the document in the openoffice format section layouts are exported as text layouts.
Then open it in OO and do a search&replace for styles and replace the the style with itself. eg. Heading1 with Heading1
From that point on, you can modify the styles and all appearances of that style in the text are changed.
