I have opened a new project and found when I get to the bottom of the editor window that I can’t move down to seem beyond the first window limitations. If I go to Compose mode I can see it, but when I switch back to editor mode I am stuck seeing what is within the bounds of the initial view.
Are you in full screen mode, or do you have a centred fixed width editor? Or page view centred? Please try downloading the latest public 2.1.1 beta (2.1.0.5), as this should - I hope - fix the issue:
