Search and replace fails if there are apostrophes

When I to find or find and replace text with apostrophes, it fails to even find it. For example if I want to find The Lisa’s Family and search for The Lisa’s, it says not found. But if I search for The Lisa, it finds it.

This was reported here: [url][LH4291] Find does not find words with apostrophes. - #7 by Jestar]. If you use the RegEx search and replace the apostrophe with a period (for any character), it will find the word properly. E.g, search for “Lisa.s”.
