Hey,
does anyone else has the problem that they can’t use the search function anymore?
If I try searching a word or phrase, Scrivener just shows all of my documents.
Alt-Click
Make sure your search criteria/options are right, and/or plain reset the options.
Perhaps you have Invert Results activated ?

Or what specifically was set wrong?
There was nothing set wrong but I still used reset. Then everything was working as usual.
