Select All - Mac vs Win Behavior

Mac - Select Chapter One - all scenes appear in the editor. Click on the text in the editor - moving the cursor to the editor. and Select-All (Command-A) - all text for all 3 scenes is selected. Formatting Changes affect all 3 scenes. (note this also works for the entire Manuscript.)

Win - Select Chapter One - all scenes appear in the editor. Click on the text in the editor and Select-All Only Scene 1 is selected. Formatting Changes only affect Scene 1.

Win - After Select-All, right-click on Scene 2 and select all, repeat for Scene 3
Make a formatting change - Changes only affect the Scene with the active cursor. - In this case Scene 3, Scenes 1&2 remain unchanged.

There appears to be No way to make Global changes - at any level other than File.
