Selecting (or unselecting) a folder and all child pages in compile

In the compile screen, is there a way to quickly select a folder and all its children?

I have a Scrivener project for short stories, with the following hierarchy:

FOLDER: Story Title 1
—PAGE: Scene
—PAGE: Scene
FOLDER: Story Title 2
—PAGE: Scene

I know I can Alt+Click to select/deselect all, but I’d like to be able to do the same thing – but just on a single story.

Answering my own question here, but I did find the Compile dropdown on the left pane… so ignore this question!

(But I’m about to post another one… don’t ignore that one!)
