Setting Background and Text Color in Editor and Elsewhere

I watched a video on youtube that showed it was possible to change the background and text colors in the editor. The user was using a MAC but said it could be done in Windows by going to: tools > options> appearance > editor. However, the only thing there is: “copy from full screen”

Is this possible or not?

I’m using version 1.9.0 with 64-bit Windows 10

Just click on the > at the side of editor and it opens the menu.

You want Tools | Options | Appearance, then to the right you will see a box for colors.

The > is greyed out on the editor.
